Services

Hayes Company provides fence installation, fence repair, and brush clearing services. All services are subject to availability and project scope.

Estimates

All estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of evaluation. Final pricing may change due to:

  • Hidden or unforeseen conditions

  • Changes requested by the customer

  • Material cost changes

Any adjustments will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Scheduling

Project scheduling is based on availability, weather conditions, and project size. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but do not guarantee exact start or completion dates.

Payments

  • A deposit may be required to schedule work

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of the project

  • We accept cash, card, and digital payments

Failure to make payment may result in delays or cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials purchased or time reserved

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Confirming property boundaries

  • Marking private utilities (sprinklers, wiring, etc.)

  • Providing clear access to the work area

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.

Workmanship

We take pride in providing quality workmanship. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after project completion so we can address them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hayes Company is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions on the property

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays caused by weather, materials, or unforeseen circumstances

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Compliance with Local Laws

Hayes Company operates in accordance with applicable local and state regulations. Services are limited to projects that comply with those requirements.
