Refund Policy

Hayes Company is committed to providing quality fencing and brush clearing services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure scheduling and may be used to purchase materials and reserve time.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or the project has been scheduled

If a cancellation is made before materials are purchased, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion
Materials (Important)
All material costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Wood
-
Fence panels
-
Posts
-
Concrete
-
Hardware and supplies
Once materials are purchased or delivered, those costs cannot be refunded.
Cancellations

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations

If work has already begun, refunds will not be issued for completed labor or used materials

Any unused labor portion may be considered for partial refund at our discretion
Completed Work
Due to the nature of construction services:

No refunds will be issued for completed work

If there are concerns, we will make reasonable efforts to address workmanship issues
Customer Satisfaction
We stand behind our work and aim to resolve any issues. Customers must report concerns within a reasonable timeframe so they can be reviewed.
Refund Eligibility
Any approved refunds:

Will not include material costs
-
Will be limited to the unused portion of labor (if applicable)

Are issued at the sole discretion of Hayes Company
